The novelty of the weekend: all-you-can-eat brunch!

Launched on 20 June on Father’s Day, all-you-can-eat brunch is now the new formula offered every weekend by the rooftop restaurant of the Hôtel du Centre.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 7.00 am to 10.00 am, come with family or friends, make yourself happy, satire, and relax. The tables are large, the atmosphere is friendly, and the menu is generous: there will be plenty for all gourmets and gastronomes

How nice it is to live in the morning atmosphere of La Pergola… And of course, the free parking, the stunning view and the thoughtful service will not fail to be there!

Choice without any restrictions

On the brunch buffet menu, let yourself be tempted by:

  • mini-pastries (croissants, chocolate buns, raisin buns)
  • bread (baguette, country, crumb, cereal)
  • pancakes and their maple syrup
  • spread sweets (chocolate paste, honey, jam)
  • assortments of cereals, fresh fruits and yogurts
  • hard-boiled eggs and eggs Benedict
  • assortment of cheese and cold cuts
  • bacon, sausages and rœsti
  • sugar pork and white rice
  • drinks corner: juice, milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee

And because your children are more than just guests too, weekend brunch is available for children under 5 y.o. and at -50% for children aged 5 to 10 y.o.!

Eggs Benedict, specialty of the house

As undisputed stars of the all-you-can-eat buffet, the kitchen is happy to present the surprise of the restaurant: we have named eggs Benedict! An exclusive in New Caledonia, which you will not find among the buffets offered in other local establishments…

Naturally, all the codes of the authentic American recipe will be present: English muffin, grilled bacon, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce. What are you waiting for to come and enjoy it?

And always breakfast on weekdays

Your Breakfast Time, from 6.00 am to 9.00 am from Monday to Friday, is available in two packages and a children’s menu.

The breakfast "continental version" (also available on weekends) offers:

  • 1 hot drink and 1 fruit juice
  • 2 mini-pastries
  • bread (baguette or crumb) with butter, jam, etc.
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 slice of homemade cake
  • 1 yogurt

The breakfast "brunch version" has a salty plate in addition, composed of:

  • 3 slices bacon and 1 chipolata
  • 200 g honey shôyu ribs
  • 2 flat eggs
  • 3 rœsti and 1 roasted tomato halves
  • homemade coleslaw

For children up to 10 y.o, ask for the "Kids menu" with:

  • 1 fruit juice
  • 1 pastry
  • 1 hot chocolate
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 butter, jam or Nutella® toast

The little plus of breakfast

Discover a bouquet of guava, papayas, oranges, ginger, pineapple jams… Signed "La Rousette gourmande" (the greedy flying fox), they are artisanal and local.

Taste a honey like no other, sponsored by the Hôtel du Centre and produced 100% on the "Caillou" (the Rock).

Teas are organic and part of fair trade. Cakes are homemade: pudding, cake or French toast, depending on the Chef’s mood!
