A new menu at the Les Jardins restaurant

Drum roll! The Hôtel du Centre is pleased to present the new menu at its Les Jardins restaurant. Starters for sharing, reinvented brochettes and tempting desserts... In the kitchen, Head Chef, Patrick, and his team combine freshness and quality with a street food approach that is as simple as it is tasty.

New flavours join the Les Jardins menu

Head to the Hôtel du Centre's Les Jardins restaurant and discover the surprising additions to the restaurant's menu as of February 2022.

A great new feature is the starters for sharing. Choose the crispy prawns or the trio of tuna rillettes, which are very popular at the moment. Not to mention the edamame, the green soya bean that has so many health benefits...

To whet your appetite, the side dishes that can accompany our hot dishes have also been updated.

Hence, wok rice with vegetables and tangy Chinese noodles have made their debut on the menu.

Every week, there is a tempting Asian brochette to try, perhaps Thai-style salmon with peanut sauce or honey and soy glazed duck breast, or maybe caramelised pork.

Another new highlight is the Big Burger, which is available every day. On Tuesdays, you can even enjoy it at the very attractive price of XPF 1,950 with the "Tuesday Only" formula.

The restaurant has also had a makeover

A new menu deserves a new vibe! The Hôtel du Centre has endeavoured to offer you an ever more vibrant and friendly setting. Your green haven has therefore acquired bright colours, with shades of pink, purple and green to complement the colours of the plants around you.

As for the music, we have invited the sunny rhythms of Cuba to the terrace. If you find yourself between meetings or want to relax after an event at the Business Center, do not hesitate to come and linger in our new garden.

You do not mess with a winning team

Although Les Jardins has been given a new look, there was no question of tampering with the staff! Since you do not change a winning team, the kitchen is still run by Head Chef, Patrick, whose talent as a master saucier is evident in every in-house sauce on the menu! Karl remains his second in command and Glenda has joined them.

As for the front of house, our knowledgeable Head Waitress, Maria, oversees the restaurant alongside her team of waitresses on regular shifts. This is how we ensure that our customers find the same warm and friendly welcome, the same level of attention and the same quick service that makes for a relaxing lunch break.

Organise your event at Les Jardins

Open on weekdays, Les Jardins at the Hôtel du Centre welcomes you every lunchtime with or without reservation to eat in or take away.

The area can also be used for private functions, such as cocktail parties and private or business events. Our natural space can then become your personal reception venue, offering an original and relaxing setting with an outdoor feel.
